Delivery timelines are set by Amazon Australia based on your location and shipping speed selected at checkout — you'll see an estimated delivery date before you confirm your order.

Because every order is placed through Amazon Australia, all returns and refunds are handled under Amazon's own returns policy — the same process you'd use for any other Amazon order.

Most of our range is formulated to be vegan and gelatin‑free, including both gummy lines, which use fruit pectin instead of gelatin. Always check the individual product page for the exact dietary information of that formula.

Our formulas are produced in GMP‑certified manufacturing facilities held to Good Manufacturing Practice standards, with quality checks at every batch.

Many customers combine formulas — for example Women's Multi with B‑12 Drops. That said, we're not able to give personalised medical advice, so please check with your doctor or pharmacist before combining supplements, especially if you take medication or have a health condition.
